The latest cohort of the Voqal Fellowship will participate in a retreat this week to commence the 2016 fellowship program. The event, to be held in Denver on Feb. 6, will give the six new fellows the opportunity to get to know each other and build collaborative learning and accountability.
Along with learning more about the Voqal Fellowship program, the fellows will receive helpful tips for working with the mentors with whom they’ll be paired during their six-month fellowship. During this period, each Voqal Fellow will build out his or her idea for creating social change through innovative, technology-based tools.
The Voqal Fellowship, one of the few fellowships that seeks to fund early-stage ideas, is part of Voqal’s overall efforts to build an educated, empowered and engaged public. Read more about the Voqal Fellowship here.
