Mobile Citizen is currently looking for a remote Account Manager – Partnerships and Key Accounts to join our dynamic, growing team.
The Account Manager is responsible for identifying, managing, strengthening, and growing partnerships and enterprise accounts to support and fuel Mobile Citizen’s mission and goals.
Duties may include: establishing and enhancing relationships with enterprise customers and partners, identifying new opportunities and go-to-market solutions to improve the end-user experience and increase adoption, build long-term trusting relationships, properly presenting our mission and offerings to prospects, clients, and/or strategic partnerships, and representing Mobile Citizen with industry alliances, associations, and forums.

Required Skills and Experience
- At least 8 years of experience collaborating and working to develop successful solutions with key accounts and/or strategic partnerships advancing digital equity, DEI, and/or broadband initiatives.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, collaboration, communications, presentation, and reporting abilities.
- Experience utilizing tools like NetSuite (ideal), Marketo, or Salesforce as well as Microsoft products.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position is $94,700. Voqal also offers a generous benefits package including partially paid medical coverage for employees and dependents, partially paid dental and vision, paid LTD, STD, and AD&D. Paid vacation, sick, holidays, and personal time. Retirement program including profit sharing and 401K plans.
