Open Position: Shipping and Receiving Manager

Mobile Citizen is currently looking for an in-house Shipping and Receiving Manager to join our dynamic, growing team in Longmont, CO.

Responsibilities

The Shipping and Receiving Manager will work closely with all members of the Customer Care Team, Database Administration, Operations, and the Business Office to improve the overall customer experience and ensure proper and timely inventory management and shipping processes are established and followed.

The Shipping and Receiving Manager must have the ability to work independently, multi-task, manage competing priorities, and have an acute attention to detail. The S&R Manager should have a strong sense of time organization and urgency, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively when issues arise related to their role.

The Shipping and Receiving Manager should be able to troubleshoot shipping, receiving, and returns issues, as well as resolve any customer service needs. The candidate should have experience with spreadsheet and database software like Microsoft Excel.

Duties may include: maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand, monitoring delivery schedule and customer orders, shipping and receiving orders in a timely and accurate manner, processing returns and replacements of defective equipment, checking date-sensitive expiration warranties, and facilitating inventory transfers as needed.

Overnight national travel may be required for this position on occasion in order to visit customers and attend trainings.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $71,000. Voqal also offers a very generous benefits package including partially paid medical coverage for employees and dependents, partially paid dental and vision, paid LTD, STD, and AD&D.
