Mobile Citizen is currently recruiting for a full-time Support Services Administrator to join our dynamic, growing team. This is an on-site position at our Longmont, Colorado office.
The Mobile Citizen Support Services Administrator will provide day-to-day support to Mobile Citizen by providing technical support, supporting inventory, and shipping needs as well as providing coordination and administration of general office activities
The Mobile Citizen Support Services Administrator must be very customer focused, able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner when issues arise, have a strong attention to detail, approachable and friendly, and have strong interpersonal and time management skills. In addition, the Mobile Citizen Support Services Administrator must be able to work independently and should be able to troubleshoot shipping, receiving, and return issues as well as make decisions related to replacements, returns, and shipments in the absence of the Mobile Citizen Shipping and Receiving Manager.

Skills and Experience
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Prior shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- NetSuite and Excel skills preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay for this position is $26.44/hr. Voqal also offers a very generous benefits package including but not limited to: partially paid medical coverage for employees and dependents, partially paid dental and vision, paid LTD, STD, and AD&D.
