Welcome to the home of the Media Ideation FellowshipSM program. We’re launching a new generation of entrepreneurs who will creatively use technology to advance social justice and progressive issues.
In our first year, we’re recruiting five fellows from a variety of backgrounds to bring an unique project to life. Be it a snippet of code, an algorithm, mobile app, or strategy, we want to incubate high-impact concepts from creative thinkers committed to building a more equitable world. We’re offering three three-month fellowships and two six-month fellowships. Applications open in Fall 2012.
In coming weeks, watch this space to learn about upcoming gatherings, information sessions, and more. We will be at several key convenings this summer, including Netroots Nation, Personal Democracy Forum, and the Allied Media Conference, and look forward to meeting with potential mentors, fellows, and allies.
