Mobile Citizen and NTEN, The Nonprofit Technology Enterprise Network, released the results of a joint research project to explore how online services and Internet access help nonprofits deliver services and programs, and connect with their constituents.
The full report is available for download on NTEN’s site. It provides benchmarks and qualitative data about online technology and digital inclusion efforts among nonprofits and the communities that they serve.
Mobile Citizen and NTEN will host a free webinar on October 8 to review the Digital Adoption Report finding. Led by Mobile Citizen’s Cassie Bair the webinar will also discuss case studies from organizations at varying levels of adoption and digital inclusion efforts and learn what steps you can take to better connect your constituents with your services.
